What do I do if I received a defective order?


We at Canopy Studios take great care in the creation and packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product, the most easiest and efficient way to contact us is through email (contact@canopy-studios.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours. Please send photographs showing the full item and also detailed photographs of the defection. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Does your clothing run to size?


Each apperal item has a size chat, and although there is a 1" margin where sizes fluctuate, they should run according to the size chart.
